 General Disclaimer 

1. Engaging with the Business Mates Networking website such as reading and/or browsing the Business Mates Networking website indicates that you agree and understand to be bound by the terms and conditions. If you disagree with the terms and conditions, you must immediately discontinue engaging with the website and its services.
2. Business Mates Networking is not liable to you or anyone else for damage or loss (including negligence directly or indirectly) to the extent permitted by law, with the use of Business Mates Networking website, services, or linked websites and services.
3. The use of trademarks, trade names, service marks, and any other products/logos and service of Business Mates Networking or related to, must be referenced correctly to us ‘Business Mates Networking’. The use of our trademarks must NOT:

These may include and are not limited to: SMS, emails, in-app messages including push notifications, regular post, telephone or other means of communication developed in the future. If access to the service is an authorised manner, you consent to receiving communications by any and all forgoing means. You should look at the terms and conditions regularly.
9. You agree that Business Mates Networking may be required to review content submitted to its services to ensure that submitted content does not violate terms or is unlawful content. If in violation of the law, your content may be deleted, modified, preventing your access and displaying of the content. Business Mates Networking does not have an obligation to continue to monitor/review any content that is submitted to the website.
10. Business Mates Networking does not have a relationship with owners or operators of any linked websites that appear on the Business Mates Networking website and we have no control over them.

Children under 18 years of age

1. Business Mates Networking is intended for people over the age of 18 years and children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using website or services. Should we become aware of an age infringement Business Mates Networking reserves the right to remove the information regarding the child.

Acceptance of Terms

1. You may click the box to agree and accept the terms and conditions where this option is available, however, by remaining on the website, this is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions
2. You agree and give consent to Business Mates Networking User Agreements and Business Mates Networking Policies.
3. You agree and give consent to all forms of payment services including but not limited to cryptocurrency or other such forms of payment that may occur in the future to share specific information about you and our account aligned with Business Mates Networking Privacy Policy.
4. You expressly consent to specific content being used by Business Mates Networking website tracking methods. This extends to cookies and transmission of personal data outside of Australia and aligns with our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct – You must NOT:

1. Upload or share any content that is abusive, defamatory, vulgar, threatening, obscene, invasive of and to another party including privacy, racially, ethnically or hateful and harmful content to another person/s.
2. Impersonate another and/or attempt to fraudulently alter the identifiers of content transmitted through the service.
3. Infringe upon copyrighted materials including patents, trademarks, logo’s without the permission of the owner/author. Subject to the conditions of the applicable law that apply in your location.
4. Gain unauthorised access to the service/s for the purposes of interrupting and/or destroying computer codes, files, content and programs used by the service and users for commercial purposes unless expressly stated.
5. Access the servers or services for the purpose of disruption and interference to the network and other users.
6. Advertise or solicit content without prior permission.

Termination of your account

1. You agree that Business Mates Networking can terminate your account immediately without notice to you and/or suspend or limit your account at our discretion for any reason and at any time.
2. If the terms in this agreement are violated, termination of your account may be for the following reasons, and not limited to, (a) Breach of Terms and Conditions (b) technical and security issues (c) fraudulent and illegal activities by you, (d) extended periods of inactivity.
3. If your account is terminated, you will no longer have rights or access to the website, services or content including your account.
4. You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a termination request to Business Mates Networking contact us page.

Fees

1. If fees exist or will in the future, Business Mates Networking reserves the right to charge fees for access to services and use of the service. Notice will be provided should a fee be charged and Business Mates Networking payment terms and conditions will apply.
2. Whatever the preferred method of payment, you agree that the user agreement will be a contract between you and the payment service and they will govern your use of your account and services. Payment services terms and conditions apply in addition to Business Mates Networking terms and conditions. Please refer to these.

Refunds

1. If fees come into existence, and a refund applies, this will be made by refunding back to the account it was paid from within a reasonable timeframe.

Unsubscribe

1. At any stage you have to right to unsubscribe should you not wish to receive communication from us or to change your communication preferences.
2. Offers and/or promotions including services, changes and new products may be communicated to you. In addition to this, related entities and business affiliate offers may also be sent to you. You may also unsubscribe to receiving this information at no cost. 

Feedback and email information

1. If you elect to receive Business Mates Networking communications, you will be added to our mailing list. Consent will be required from you to disclose details to third parties or if required under the law.
2. Website support staff may monitor email messages for the purposes of maintenance and system troubleshooting.

Indemnification

1. You agree to indemnify Business Mates Networking and its affiliates and/or using the services on behalf of a company or for commercial purposes, you will hold harmless and indemnify Business Mates Networking against legal claims and demands arising from the use or breaches of our services including claims for negligence, losses, damages, judgments, legal fees and litigation costs.
